Return Policy
BetachHome.com is proud to offer high-quality furniture with great value to our customers. All furniture is thoroughly inspected at several key points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure it is received in good condition. If you have concerns about your order, you may cancel anytime up to the day of shipment.
We will accept a return of new merchandise if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless product arrives damaged. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify us immediately. Please note that we reserve the right to replace your furniture instead if a refund if arrived damaged.
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
• A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by calling 424-282-0195.
• Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refund Policy
Once an item is returned back to us, the appropriate refund will be issued back within 3-5 days back to the method of payment.
