If you ever change your mind, you can cancel your order at any time up until the day it ships—no strings attached.
Easy 14-Day Returns
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new furniture. If it’s not love at first sight, don't worry! You have 14 days from the day your delivery arrives to set up a return.
How to start a return:
- Get in touch: Just call our team at 424-282-0195 or email us at info@betachhome.com within your 14-day window, and we’ll walk you through the process.
- Keep it fresh: To qualify for a full refund, please make sure the items are in brand-new condition and kept in their original packaging.
- Hassle-free shipping: To make things easy for you, we will arrange and handle the return pickup. Because furniture is large and heavy to transport, a return shipping fee of $199 will be deducted from your final refund. (Of course, if your item arrived damaged, we cover this 100%!)
A Quick Note on Damaged Deliveries:
While we do everything we can to protect your furniture, accidents occasionally happen on the road. If your piece arrives damaged, please let us know immediately! We will happily swap it out for a brand-new replacement to make things right just as fast as we can.
Quick & Simple Refunds
Once your returned item arrives safely back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund right away. You can expect your money back on your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
