Shipping & Delivery Policy
By placing an order with us, you agree to these simple guidelines, which help us ensure your order arrives safely, smoothly, and right on time.
1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Free Contiguous U.S. Shipping: All of our furniture ships absolutely free via ground or freight shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States.
- Outside the Contiguous U.S.: For all other locations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your exact postal code and the weight of your items.
Delivery Timelines
- Fast Dispatch: We love getting your order moving! Most items are packaged and shipped within 1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
- U.S. Freight Shipping Times: Once it leaves our warehouse, domestic shipping generally takes 3 to 10 business days.
- International Shipping: International deliveries typically arrive within 4 to 22 business days, depending on the courier service you choose at checkout.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses using standard postal services (USPS). Please note that heavy freight courier services cannot deliver to these specific locations.
2. Order Tracking & Changes
- Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can watch its journey right to your doorstep.
- Need to change your address? If you made a mistake or need to send your order elsewhere, please let us know before your item ships, and we will gladly update it for you!
- Running Late? If your delivery window has passed and your package hasn't arrived, just reach out to us at info@betachhome.com and we will jump right in to track it down.
3. Stock Availability & Cancellations
- Out-of-Stock Items: We do our best to keep our inventory perfectly accurate. In rare instances where an item sells out before we can update the site, we will ship the available items in your order immediately and reach out to you right away to see if you would prefer to wait for a restock or receive an immediate refund.
- Easy Cancellations: If you change your mind before your order leaves our warehouse, you can cancel at any time for a full refund—no questions asked!
4. Taxes, Duties, & Insurance
- International Import Duties: For international shipments, your destination country may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival. If an international package is refused due to these fees, it will be returned to us at the buyer's expense, and a refund will be issued for the furniture minus all shipping costs.
- Fully Insured: Every single shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. If a courier investigation confirms a package is lost, we will immediately process a replacement or a full refund for you.
